Located in Chelan County, Casa Guadalupe was purchased and rehabilitated by CCHS in 1999. The project is located on one site and consists of 31 units of rental housing, including an on site manager’s unit and office and a community room. The development serves low income families at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and includes full site amenities including children’s play area, underground sprinklers, night lighting, laundry rooms and circulation sidewalks. The project’s name pays tribute to Our Lady of Guadalupe who is honored by many Latino community members
