Located in the Yakima Valley, San Isidoro Plaza was developed by CCHS in 2000. The project consists of 26 units of rental housing, including an on site manager’s unit and a community building with an on site office. The development consists of two sites and serves low income, year round Farmworker families at or below 50% of the AMI. The project includes full site amenities including children’s play areas, underground sprinklers, night lighting, site fencing and circulation sidewalks. The project’s name pays tribute to St. Isidore the Farmer, patron saint of those who work the fields and who was also patron saint of the Year of Jubilee which was a Church observation in the year 2000. |
