JUAN PABLO II

Located in the Yakima Valley, Juan Pablo II was developed by CCHS in 2005. The project consists of 26 units of rental housing, including an on site manager’s unit and a community building with an on site office. The development is located on one site and serves low income, year round Farmworker families at or below 50% of the AMI and includes full site amenities including children’s play areas, underground sprinklers, night lighting, site fencing and circulation sidewalks. The project’s name is in Spanish and pays tribute to the great humanitarian and world spiritual leader, Pope John Paul II who died in 2005.
