LA AMISTAD

Located in Grant County, La Amistad was developed by CCHS in 2005. The project consists of 30 units of rental housing for Farmworkers and includes an on site manager’s unit and a community building with an on site office. The development is located on one site and serves low income Farmworkers at or below 50% of the AMI and includes full site amenities including children’s play areas, underground sprinklers, night lighting, site fencing and circulation sidewalks. The project’s name was selected by a local project committee and is Spanish that translates to “Friendship”
