Located in Yakima County, Gonzaga Townhomes was developed by CCHS in 2007. The project consists of 26 units of rental housing for Farmworker families and singles and includes an on site manager’s unit and a community building with an on site office. The development is located on one site and serves low income Farmworker familes and singles at or below 50% of the AMI and includes full site amenities including children’s play areas, underground sprinklers, night lighting, site fencing and circulation sidewalks. The project’s name was selected to reflect the name of the local parish Patron Saint, San Luis Gonzaga (St. Aloysius).
