Located in Mattawa along the Columbia River in Grant County, Villa Santa Maria was developed by CCHS in 2004. The project consists of 45 units of rental housing for Farmworkers and includes an on site manager’s unit and a community building with an on site office. The project is located on one site and serves low income Farmworker families at or below 50% of the AMI and includes full site amenities including children’s play areas, underground sprinklers, night lighting, site fencing and circulation sidewalks. The project’s name pays tribute to Mary the Mother of Jesus. |
