VOLUNTEER CHORE SERVICES

Volunteer Chore Services matches volunteers with those in need of help in the home. By working together, we can make living at home easier for our neighbors.

Volunteer Chore Services is a partnership between caring volunteers and individuals in need. This partnership helps low-income elders and adults with disabilities continue living with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Volunteers provide valuable services such as minor home repairs, yard work, transportation, light housekeeping and grocery shopping.

To qualify for assistance through the program, you must be over the age of 60 and unable to pay for in-home services or between the ages of 18 and 60, low income and disabled.

To volunteer to assist someone in need, you must register with the program, provide references and attend an orientation session. By sharing your time, talents and concern for others, you will help them continue to live safe, quality-filled lives at home.
