"Adoptive Families Together" celebrates the uniqueness of adoptive families. We offer support and encouragement as you navigate through your child's development and any special needs that may arise. Our goal is to help parents build strong foundations for their families and to create networks of support in their communities. Even the strongest families experience "bumps in the road." Our staff specializes and is knowledgeable about adoption issues. We can connect you with other adoptive families and with resources which will help you in your lifelong journey of adoption. |

Our staff is sensitive and trained to offer support to all adoptive families including those who have adopted through open, transracial/transcultural, and special needs foster-adoption. We also have experience providing support to families where the children are being parented by relatives.
