The Food Bank hours are Tuesday and Friday from 9 am to 12 noon. Photo identification is preferred and when necessary, referrals to other agencies are provided.
The Food Bank is manned by volunteers from 4 Catholic churches in our area: Holy Redeemer, St. Paul Cathedral, St. Joseph and Holy Family, with each church volunteering one week a month. The Food Bank is financed by government grants, the local St. Vincent de Paul Conferences, private donations and store surplus. The Union Gap Store Manager oversees all operations and funding as the Food Bank Manager.
